Our healthy living and wellness program encourages and empowers employees to live happy and healthy lives. CMHA is committed to creating and supporting a culture of wellness. Employees that participate in the wellness program can earn points and incentives throughout the year. The program has many opportunities to get involved, including health challenges, an employee gardening program, community events and regular webinar sessions from health experts.

CMHA is proud to be recognized for the consistent efforts of and innovative programs created by our team members. In 2022, twenty of our properties were recognized by the Northern Ohio Apartment Association for achieving the highest standards of property management professionalism, receiving Platinum, Gold or Silver designations. In 2023, we received 12 Merit Awards for our programs from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) as well as an Award of Excellence for our innovative Self-Service Kiosks.
