What is the Collaborative?
The Central Community Based Services Program, formally known as the Collaborative, is a family-focused collaborative team that concentrates on enhancing relationships with families and achieving goals of family stability. The collaborative is a network of neighborhood support and community resources, agencies, institutions and individuals that help strengthen and nurture families residing within the Central/Downtown Community.
