Tekisha Ruffin

Tekisha RuffinTekisha Ruffin is the Deputy Director of the Resident Services Department of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). She has held various progressive positions throughout the Agency since beginning her career with CMHA in 2011. Ms. Ruffin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Black Studies, and a Masters of Public Administration and Non Profit Management, from Cleveland State University. She also possesses a Certification in Event Planning. Ms. Ruffin is a 2015 graduate of the NAHRO awarded LEAD program and 2020 Cleveland Bridge Builders Program, which is designed to cultivate professional growth, raise community consciousness, advance communication and organizational skills, team building and leadership excellence. Ms. Ruffin has developed a result-oriented track record of serving clients, increasing organizational efficiencies and building relationships with accredited agencies that provide program oversight on the local, state and national level.
