Jake Pollock

Jake PollockJake Pollock joined the Authority in 2009 as a Business Analyst and was later promoted to Deputy Director of Asset Management. Currently as the Deputy Director of Purchasing, Pollock’s oversees all day-to-day purchases of goods and services for the Agency to ensure they are in accordance with current CMHA Policy as well as with established Federal, State and Local procurement rules with an emphasis on cost avoidance. Pollock’s other primary responsibilities include monitoring all operating contracts for the Agency, administration of several of these contracts, vendor management, and direct supervision of the Agency’s main warehouse.

Pollock was born and raised in the Cleveland area and is a proud graduate of Cleveland Heights High School. Pollock received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from The Ohio State University and is also a graduate of CMHA’s LEAD (Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, Development) program, Cleveland State University’s 2017 Leadership Academy, and received the CMHA Manager of the month award in April of 2017.
